Week 5 Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

Southeast Minnesota was well represented once again with 13 teams from Section 1 ranked in the Top 10 in the latest rankings from the Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association.

Class A Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

There was no movement in the Top 10 this week in the Class A rankings. Bethlehem Academy, Mabel-Canton, and Kenyon-Wanamingo were ranked at number 4, 5, and 6 this week while Spring Grove remained at number 9.

Fillmore Central also received votes this week.

Class AA Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

There was some movement across the state rankings in Class AA this week, but the Top 8 stayed the same. Zumbrota-Mazeppa and Cannon Falls remained at #3 and #5 this week. The Cougars have a big matchup this week as they take on #3 ranked in Class AAA Kasson-Mantorville on Tuesday.

Belle Plaine moved from #11 to #9 while Watertown-Mayer fell from #8 to #10.

Caledonia received votes again this week.

Class AAA Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

Marshall remained at #1 this week in the Class AAA rankings, along with Willmar at #2 and Kasson-Mantorville at #3. Stewartville fell one spot from #4 to #5 while Holy Angels moved up one spot from #5 to #4. Byron also fell a spot from #7 to #8. Mahtomedi jumped from #12 to #10.

Class AAAA Minnesota High School Volleyball Rankings

Champlin Park made the jump from #4 to #1 this week in the Class AAAA Minnesota High School Volleyball rankings. Lakeville North stayed at #2 while Wayzata fell from #1 to #3. Northfield fell from #3 to #4.

Rochester Mayo jumped into the Top 10 this week from #12 to #10. Rochester Century also received votes this week.
