I'd say there are quite a few neighborhoods around Minnesota that are really expensive, but I have found THE most expensive zip code in the entire state. Do you think you can guess what it is? It's... 55391, Wayzata, Minnesota!

According to Cheapism.com, the most expensive zip code in Minnesota belongs to Wayzata. That's not terribly surprising, I was thinking it had to be one of the zip codes around the Lake Minnetonka area. Cheapism.com says the average home in the 55391 zip code costs $734,736! So of course, you know me, I had to take a look at some homes for sale in the 55391 zip code.

When deciding what homes to show you I wanted to make sure I got a variety, so the prices range from $220,000 all the way up to $10 million. The square footage ranges from 800 sqft to 8,800 sqft.
