A Frosty Morning in Rochester, Southeast Minnesota
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - It was a frosty Tuesday morning in parts of southeast Minnesota.

Low 30s were reported in numerous areas, including parts of Rochester.
The coldest reading in southeast Minnesota reported to the National Weather Service was 25 degrees in Zumbrota. Grand Meadow and Theilman reported lows of 26. Owatonna fell to 27 degrees while Albert Lea, Austin and Red Wing had lows of 28. Winona reported 30 degrees.
Rochester’s unofficial low was 33 degrees.
The unseasonably cool weather produced even colder temperatures in northeast Minnesota - including some Tuesday morning lows in the teens.
Cotton fell to 17 degrees, Embarrass had a low of 18 and Silver Bay reported 19 degrees. Duluth had a low of 26 degrees.
