Walk Around the World

The event includes an interactive cultural scavenger hunt and small, COVID-friendly, in person activities that offers a taste of many different cultures through art, language, food, dance, and dialogue. There will also be online activities through IMAA’s website and social media highlighting personal stories, cooking demos of food from around the world, and other engaging content.

June 1-30: Cultural scavenger hunt
June 13th: Wine and painting with artist, Aarathi Sankar, at Canvas and Chardonnay
June 14: Somali Language Class at History Center Pavilion
June 15: Arabic Language Class at History Center Pavilion
June 16: Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony at IMAA
June 18: Virtual Music Performances show
