Farmer’s Almanac Forecasts Hot, Stormy Summer for Minnesota
The Old Farmer's Almanac revealed their prediction for the summer of 2021. Now the Farmer's Almanac is ready to tell us what they see for this summer.
The headline for the 2021 Farmer's Almanac summer forecast for the United States says, "Summer 2021: Warm And Stormy Weather Ahead!"
Specifically for the north central U.S. including Minnesota, the 2021 Farmer's Almanac we're on the way to a summer of "searing temperatures and stormy weather."

According to the Farmers Almanac prognosticators:
What’s summer without heat? It’s coming! Summer temperatures are predicted above-normal for about two-thirds of the country, especially in the South and East. While typically the hottest weather can be expected in late July or early August, this year’s summer heat could peak in late August, into early September. So be sure to plan ahead and get your air conditioners, box fans, and cool summer clothing ready!
The National Weather Service and NOAA are also chiming in on what to expect for the upcoming summer according to the latest forecast models. The outlook for May, June, and July has Minnesotans expecting above normal temperatures, and precipitation right around normal.
What it means is that NOAA and the Farmer's Almanac are pretty close in their expectations for the summer ahead. Both are calling for water than average temps, with near normal precipitation, although the Farmer's Almanac leans towards a stormier period.
