Rochester, MN(KROC AM News) - A 47-year-old Rochester woman has been sentenced to 5-years on probation for stealing thousands of dollars from two elderly and vulnerable adults.

Kelly Lynne Johnson was also ordered to pay restitution to the victims. She earlier pleaded guilty to a felony count of Financial Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult. In exchange for the guilty plea, 5 other felony charges were dismissed.

The criminal complaint says Johnson had power of attorney for both victims. She was accused of taking $37,000 from the bank account of one of the victims and $13,000 from the second victim.
