Have You Seen These Protesters in Rochester? – [VIDEO]

I was driving down 11th Avenue NW and 7th Street NW in Rochester and something caught my attention. It wasn't the cloudy skies, the cold temps, the drizzle, or a few random snowflakes. It was something else. I saw two people walking up and down the road, holding up signs. I decided to get out of my car and find out what was up.

I didn't go with a mission to cause trouble, debate, or to show support. I wanted to find out what was happening and why. I took some photos and videos of two protestors, Caroline and Tom. So, what are they doing and why are they protesting? Check the video and photos out below...
