It’s A Hot One This Week! Cool Off At This Rad Waterpark in Waseca
Before we know it, the weekend will be here! I mean, that is the best part of a four-day week. If you're still chasing the high from your three-day weekend, I have just the idea for you.
Have some fun at Waseca Water Park this weekend! This waterpark sits on 3.6 acres! That's more than most houses in Owatonna. What's even better is that the park has a waterslide that stands 25 feet above the deck area, making the slide one of the tallest in the area.
The water temperature sits around 80 to 84 degrees, so even if it's a bit chiller outside, the water still feels amazing! Though, the best part of the waterpark is the inexpensive prices.
I truly love swimming. It's fantastic exercise and SO refreshing on a hot day.
The park has an open swim every day from 12-7 pm, weather permitting. If you're not one for crowds, you can reserve an after-hours 'pool party' from 7-9 pm. (This is right up my alley!)
Though I'm not one for crowds, I'm hoping to take my niece here this summer. She loves waterslides, so I think she'll have a ball!! And it's just great to watch her have fun.
You can find the park at 200 26th Ave NE in Waseca. If you have questions, call (507) 883-0210.
Fun fact: The pool contains 240,331 gallons of water, and it requires 24 hours to fill! Yet, it only takes three hours to circulate all the water through a filter.
