We Were Delightfully Impressed By Superior’s Newest Mexican Restaurant
Attention foodies! Have you wondered how things are going at Pedro's Cantina & Grill in Superior, Wisconsin? We went out with some friends last night to try it out. The parking lot was packed, and more cars were trying to get in. It's like the whole town was trying to eat dinner there!
We were able to find parking and I braced myself for how long the wait would be. When we got in, I was surprised to see not that many people waiting for a table. The restaurant was packed though. This was at 5:30 PM. I thought we would have barely beat the prime dinner rush hour, but it was at capacity already.
I asked the hostess how long of a wait, and surprisingly, it was only 10 minutes. I can live with that!
It really only was about a 10-minute wait when we got to our table. Our server was there immediately, and chips and salsa arrived instantly. We ordered some guacamole and queso, and that came within just a couple of minutes.
We were going to all order a margarita when our server pointed out that it was Thirsty Thursday! You get a pitcher of house margaritas for $12.95. What a steal!
The margaritas were pretty good. They were a touch sweeter than I normally like, but for the price, you really can't beat it.
I anticipated that service might be a little slow because they were packed, but it wasn't. The servers were great. The food came out in a decent amount of time, and let me tell you, it was well worth the wait.

The meal was fantastic. I finished my entire plate it was so good. I can't wait to go back. When we were leaving, the line was even longer than when I went to get it. I'd suggest you go at an off time if you're in a hurry as everyone can't wait to try out Pedro's Cantina & Grill in Superior, Wisconsin.
