Banana Ball is Coming to Minnesota in 2025 – How to Get Tickets
If you haven't heard about Banana Ball before, it's likely you may have seen some videos of the sport on social media, think of it as baseball meets the Harlem Globetrotters.
The sport all started with the world-famous Savannah Bananas, a team born in 2016 in Savannah, GA that is nothing like your typical baseball team or game experience.

The players dance, wear costumes, event the umpires and coaches are known to moonwalk or bust out some robot dance moves during the game.
An entire league has now been built around this fun, unique style of baseball, the Banana Ball league now has four teams, the OG Bananas, the Party Animals, the Firefighters, and the newly added Tailgaters.
The Savannah Bananas generally play The Party Animals at games across the country and at their home stadium, think of them as the Washington Generals, the team that always lost to the Harlem Globetrotters.
But unlike the Washington Generals, The Party Animals do actually win games, in fact they won the 2023 Banana Ball World Tour, and they are coming to Minnesota next summer.
The Party Animals will bring Banana Ball to Minnesota on August 1st and 2nd 2025, they will play The Tailgaters at CHS Field, the home field for the St. Paul Saints and Hamline University's baseball team.
Tickets to the game are being sold via a lottery drawing that you have to sign up for by November 1st. According to their website, getting on the list "puts you into a random drawing that takes place two months before the event. If you’re drawn, you’ll have an opportunity to purchase tickets."
Tickets for the game are $35, and VIP meet and greet tickets are available for $100. All kids 3 and under are free, but are expected to sit in a lap.
