Brownsville, MN (KROC-AM News)- A collision at an intersection in Houston County involving a teen and Spring Valley woman sent two children from Iowa to a hospital Sunday.

The State Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash reported around 3:15 p.m. The crash occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 26 and Main St. in Brownsville.

The state crash report indicates a pick-up truck, driven by 33-year-old Samantha Bly, was traveling south on Hwy. 26 when it collided with an SUV heading east on Main St. Bly was unharmed but her two passengers, described as a 13-year-old boy and a 6-year-old boy, were brought to a hospital with what are being described as non-life-threatening injuries.

The boys are natives of Lansing, Iowa. The driver of the SUV, described as a 17-year-old girl, was not hurt.

All the parties involved in the two vehicle crash were buckled, the report says. The Houston County Sheriff’s Office, Brownsville Fire Department and Tri-State Ambulance also responded to the two-vehicle collision.
