Stockton, MN (KROC-AM News)- The Minnesota State Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash at an intersection in Winona County Monday morning.

It happened at the intersection of County Rd. 23 and Hwy. 14 in Stockton. The crash report came in shortly after 7 a.m.

The State Patrol crash report indicates a Chevy SUV traveling west on Hwy. 14 collided in the intersection with a Ford Transit Van heading north on County Rd. 23. The driver of the Chevy, identified as 36-year-old John Berg of Winona, was brought to the hospital in Winona with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.

The van driver, identified as 67-year-old Ronny Lee Prondzinski of Winona, was not hurt. The crash report says both drivers were buckled up and that alcohol was not involved in causing the crash. 

The Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Lewiston Fire Department and Lewiston Ambulance also responded to the collision.
