Ex-Rochester Teacher Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man who was employed as a teacher at a Rochester private school at the time of his arrest in March finalized a plea agreement today involving child pornography charges.
Thirty-seven-year-old Wolf Brian Parsons was working at Resurrection Lutheran School in northwest Rochester when he became the target of a Rochester police investigation in February. The investigation was launched after authorities received a cyber tip about suspected child sexual abuse material found on Skype. After his arrest, the school issued a statement confirming Parsons’ employment had been terminated and that there was no evidence his alleged activities involved any students.
Investigators Found Over 100 Child Born Images and Videos on his Cell Phone
According to the criminal complaint, investigators traced an IP address linked to the cyber tip back to Parsons, leading to the execution of a search warrant at his residence. The court document states that police found 20 photos and 84 videos consistent with child sexual abuse materials stored on his cellphone.
The materials reportedly depicted male children, some as young as six months old. Investigators also uncovered multiple chats between Parsons and other social media users, in which he shared child pornography files in at least 24 conversations.

Parsons was charged with three counts of disseminating child pornography and two counts of possessing child pornography. During a hearing today in Olmsted County Court, he pleaded guilty to two counts of dissemination and one count of possession.
