Driver Dies After Being Hit Outside of Crashed Car on Minnesota Highway
Shakopee, MN (KROC-AM News)- A motorist lost his life after being hit by an SUV while he was outside of his crashed car on a Minnesota highway.

The fatality followed a rollover crash. It happened early Tuesday morning.
The State Patrol responded to the deadly incident shortly before 12:15 a.m. on Hwy. 169 southwest of Shakopee near the Renaissance Festival grounds in Scott County.
The preliminary state crash report indicates a 36-year-old Plymouth man entered the ditch and rolled his southbound car after it left the four-lane highway.
He got out of his vehicle, entered the highway and was struck by a southbound SUV, the State Patrol says. Officials have not yet identified the Plymouth man.
44-year-old Allison Lyndsey Morgan of Henderson was driving the SUV. She was not hurt.
The State Patrol plans to release more information about the deadly incident by Wednesday morning.
