That’s according to a criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday. The charges say the alleged sex abuse occurred sometime during the Spring of 2023.

A Goodhue County Sheriff’s Deputy took the past action report of a sexual assault this past April and interviewed the two young victims last month.

The victims, who the complaint says are under the age of 14, told law enforcement they were staying in a trailer home at a property on Hwy. 63 North in Rochester owned by 32-year-old Cody James Krismer

Both of the girls told law enforcement that Krismer had been outside of the trailer and drinking on the night of the alleged sex assaults.

The older of the two victims said she and her step sister had been sleeping on a pullout couch inside of the unit when she heard Krismer enter the home.

She said Krismer laid down beside her and began to touch her in her private area before returning to outside of the trailer, the complaint says.

The younger victim told law enforcement that Krismer entered the trailer for a second time and inappropriately touched her during that same night, the charges say.

Olmsted County Adult Detention Center records indicate Krismer was booked into the jail on July 6 on suspicion of charges unrelated to the sexual assault case.
