Southern Minnesota Woman Killed When Car Crashes Into Trees
Le Sueur, MN (KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol has released the name of the victim of a single-vehicle crash yesterday in south-central Minnesota.
The crash report indicates 43-year-old Marissa Ballman of Le Sueur was driving south on Highway 169 when her car left the roadway, entered the ditch, and crashed into some trees. The deadly incident was reported around 11:30 AM about 6 miles south of Le Sueur.
The State Patrol says the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. She was wearing a seatbelt and alcohol wasn't not a factor in the fatal crash.
