As you're probably aware, Michael Jordan's Highland Park, Illinois home was sold last December after being on the market (at various price-points) for nearly 13 years.

Jordan's estate, located at 2700 Point Lane in Highland Park was custom built for Jordan and his family back in the early 90s. Jordan bought the land in 1991 and moved into the home in 1995. The home then underwent a serious renovation in 2009.

When MJ first decided to sell the 7-acre estate back in 2012, it was listed at the astronomical price of $29,000,000, but with no solid takers showing up with a down payment, Jordan dropped the asking price nearly $15,000,000 down to $14,855,000 in 2015. That price was apparently still too high, since the home ended up going for $9.5 million in December--which was actually about $5 million under the asking price.

Commercial real estate executive John Cooper, the man who bought Jordan's house, said at the time of purchase that he didn't plan on moving in, and that he had some other plans in mind.

It Turns Out That Cooper's Initial Plan Was To Offer The House As A Timeshare, But It Appears That Has Now Changed

According to published reports, earlier this year Mr. Cooper had made the house available for rent as "The Ultimate March Madness Retreat," for the price of $230,000 for the entire month of March.

Now, there's a different availability for the Highland Park mansion known as "Champions Point."

Keep in mind that the home has seven bedrooms and twenty bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time, so it would be the perfect spot for someone with some money and about a dozen people who also have some disposable income to spend on what would be a really cool experience.
