
MSHSL State Girls Track and Field Results 2026
St. Michael Albertville High School has hosted the Minnesota High School Girls State Track Meet the past several seasons.
Just qualifying is a big accomplishment, and becoming one of the best in an event is an honor you can be proud of the rest of your life.
There are three classes based on school enrollment. We will concentrate on schools in our area for most of the results with a few exceptions.
Team champions in Class A were Hills-Beaver Creek with 43 points, second was Ely with 39 points and Benson/KMS tallied 32.
Kenyon-Wanamingo 4x100 Meter Relay placed second finishing about a half second behind State Champion New London-Spicer.
The four members are from different grades. Joria Wagner, sophomore, started the race followed by Ayva Marklevits, freshman, Mari O'Connor, junior, then anchor Audrey Haugen, senior.
That result means the team is All-State in the 4 by 800. Lake City was 9th , Rochester Lourdes finished 16th.
Other K-W athletes who competed did not make it to the finals in their events,
Mali Quam finished 10th in the 300 Meter Hurdles and 11th in the 100 Meter Hurdles,
just missing a chance to compete in the finals. She is a Freshman.
Triton sophomore Averee Henslin is A;;-State in three events finishing second in the 400 Meter Dash, 4th in the 200 Meter Dash and 5th in the 100 Meter Dash.
Janesville-Waldorf=Pemberton/Waterville-Elysian-Morristown became All-State in three relays. Second in the 4 by 200 and 4 by 400 and 6th in the 4 by 100 Meter Relay.
The 4 by 100 was led off by Katelyn Olson, senior, followed by Ashlynn Wolff, freshman, then Neveah Weimert, sophomore, Rachel Mielke, 8th grade was anchor. Same group same order was in the 4 by 200.
MaKaela Westphal, freshman, started the 4 by 400 followed by Weimert, Wolff and Mielke.
Mielke was also 7th in the 300 Meter Hurdles and senior Addison Condon finished 13th in the Long Jump.
Cannon Falls boasts two All-State athletes, Blake Johnson, freshman, 6th, in the 1600 Meer Run and Madi Jeppesen, junior, 7th in the High Jump.
Hadley Doman, 8th grade, Hayfield was 10th in the 3200 Meter Run.
Class AA Champions are Orono with 64 points, second is St. Peter with 63 and Providence Academy came in third with 61 points.
The Faribault Falcons had several ladies qualify for state and a couple are All-State in their events. Grace Porter, senior, was 6th in the High Jump and 14th in the 100 Meter Dash. Brynn Beardsley finished 9th (All- State) in the 3200 Meter Run and was 13th in the 1600 Meter Run. Aubrey Paul, junior, was 22nd in the 100 Meter hurdles, Stella Carlin, senior, 12th in the High Jump. Savannah Schwartz, senior, 14th in Long Jump and 20th in the 200 Meter Dash.. Fiona Voit, sophomore, missed the finals after placing 23rd in the Discus.
Northfield has a State Champion 800 Meter Run athlete. Makayah Petricka. sophomore, set a Class AA Record by running the event in 2:11.25. She also finished third in the 1600 Meter Run.
Petricka anchored the 4 by 400 Meter Relay which finished 4th. Eva Peterson, junior, started the race, folllowed by Sydney Livingston, junior, then Thisbe Jothen, sophomore before the anchor leg.
Linvingston anchored the 4 by 100 Meter Relay which finished 6th, Avery Parish, sophomore started the race, then Eva Peterson followed by Cecelia Chapp, sophomore before the final leg.
Livingston was also 5th in the 100 Meter Hurdles earning All-State honors.
Amber Mahal, senior, was 7th in the High Jump. Danika Bulfur, sophmore, 10th in 100 Meter Hurdles and 15th in 300 Meter Hurdles.
- Tri-City United’s 4x200 relay team of sisters Cami, Carly and Kaitlyn Hartwig, along with Jillian Huon set a Class AA record with a time of 1:37.90. That broke the previous mark of 1:39.43 set by Monticello in 2024.
- The Titans 4 by 100 Relay finished second comprised of the same group of athletes and also achieved a Class AA record..
- Nyadekj Ruei, freshman, was 4th in the High Jump.
Class AAA Campions are Wayzata who ran away from the field with 90 points, second was St. Michael-Albertville 49 and Hastings 43.
