Davenport Plays Today at the Little League World Series — Here’s How To Watch

Davenport Northwest Little League plays today at the Little League World Series, and the entire Quad Cities has a reason to tune in.

The team takes the field Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 2 p.m. CT, facing Paseo Verde Little League from Henderson, Nevada. The game will be broadcast on ESPN, with streaming available on ESPN+ and Fubo.

And this is a big one.

Davenport is currently 2-0 in Williamsport and is one of just four teams remaining in the U.S. bracket. If Davenport wins today, they will advance to the U.S. championship game, putting them one step closer to competing for the Little League World Series title.

Davenport Has Been Rolling

Davenport Northwest opened its World Series run with a win over its first opponent before putting together an impressive 6-0 shutout against Bayonne, New Jersey, on Sunday.

Davenport went a perfect 4-0 in the Midwest Region Tournament to earn its spot at the Little League World Series. Now, they are carrying the Midwest Region banner all the way to Williamsport and giving Iowa something to cheer about.

A Big Moment for Iowa

This is Davenport Northwest's first trip to Williamsport in more than two decades and Iowa's 16th appearance in the Little League World Series.

Iowa is still looking for its first Little League World Series championship, and Davenport has a chance to make a little history of its own.

The tournament continues through Aug. 30 at the Little League International Complex in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

For anyone lucky enough to make the trip to Pennsylvania, admission to the games is free. For everyone back home, all you need to do is turn on ESPN and cheer.
