Christmas has proverbially thrown up on this Minnesota restaurant. The pictures of this place are just wild and totally my vibe. They describe it as 'tacky' but I say it's wonderfully tacky and you can dine there to satisfy your festive heart this holiday season.

This restaurant actually decorated for Christmas in October. Yeah, OCTOBER! That's way, way too early, but that's their whole schtick. I, personally, don't like to decorate before Thanksgiving, and I love the holidays. But Thanksgiving needs its own time to breathe in my opinion.

This is the fifth year that Psycho Suzi's has transformed into what they call Mary's Christmas Palace. Every corner is decked out in Christmas decor and it's amazing. Surprisingly enough, though, I have never been able to fully appreciate Mary's Christmas Palace because I've never been myself. I need to try and make it there one of these years because the pictures look awesome.

How to Get Into Mary's Christmas Palace

As you can imagine, Mary's Christmas Palace is a very busy place. They do accept walk-ins but it's best, especially in November and December (according to their website), to make a reservation. One thing to keep in mind about the reservations though is that there is a reservation fee of $5.99 per seat to help pay for the decor and to pay the employees. Also, your dining experience (whether you made a reservation or not) is an hour and a half long.

What's on the Menu?

The menu is Christmas-themed (obviously). The main dishes are mostly pizzas, which they call Christmas Pies on the menu. Some of those include Silent Night and Yuletide Wagon. There are also burgers if you'd prefer that. The appetizers (called Stocking Stuffers) include Mistletoe Munchkins and All I Want for Christmas is Fondue.

And the drinks are some of my favorites. They sound really good but the names are also awesome. They include I'm Dreaming of a Mai Tai Christmas and Merry Christmas Ya Filthy Animal.
