New Food Vendors at 2024’s Thursdays Downtown in Rochester, MN

The first Thursdays Downtown of 2024 was just yesterday and it was packed! Everyone was super excited to be back outside in downtown Rochester, Minnesota enjoying our local food, drinks, vendors, and live music.

I was there with some friends in the evening. My husband and I always look forward to heading downtown a few times a summer for Thursdays.

While we were out and about exploring I noticed quite a few new food vendors. I snapped pictures of each of them so I can put together a list of the new spots you can try this summer.

County Seat Coffeehouse

If you peek at their menu it looks like they've got some tasty options. These would be perfect for lunch!

Ak's Treats

The featured items they sell are donuts, fry pies, and baklava.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches

I don't recall seeing these guys last year but they were busy when I walked by!

The Workshop Food Hall

I know they're physical location has been open for a bit now but I'm pretty sure this is their first year at Thursdays Downtown.

Beetle's

A long-time staple in Rochester now has a booth at Thursdays! From my memory, I've never seen Beetle's at Thursdays but they have a sweet setup and it smelled awesome.

Uni Uni

Uni Uni opened last summer so this will be their first full summer in Rochester. I saw plenty of people walking around with their delicious drinks.

Mochinut

They were so popular it was impossible to get a good picture of their booth!

Mami Churros and Creamery

Churros and ice cream on a hot summer day? Yes, please! Their halo sundaes sound so good.

Bebap

Set up outside of their brick-and-mortar location, Bebap is out at Thursdays this summer!
