If you need a little relaxation courtesy of Minnesota's Bold North but can't get away, now you can enjoy it right there on your mobile device or desktop.

It's not a surprise that many of us here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes and across the country are feeling a fair amount of stress these days. In fact, SingleCare says that nearly three-fourths of us are dealing with extra stress right now!

That's right, around 75 percent of Americans reported to the American Psychological Association (APA) that they experienced a physical or mental symptom of stress in the last month, with women more likely than men to report stress, SingleCare said.

JUST REVEALED: Minnesota's Favorite Comfort Food

Some of the top stressors we're experiencing these days include work, health, family, as well as financial and economic stress. Add to that the lingering effects of the pandemic, along with the fallout from the 2024 election. And then there's global conflict, racism and racial injustice, inflation, and climate-related disasters that are all weighing on the collective consciousness of us here in Minnesota and across the country, the APA said.

One of the best ways many of us find to deal with all that stress is to get outside and take advantage of the incredible beauty our fair state of Minnesota offers. Heading outside for a hike with our dogs, whether it's in a state or local park or just around our neighborhood often helps my mood immensely.
