Some of my greatest memories in life are going to Disney. It's an incredible place. My favorite trip was taking our daughter for the first day. That was an amazing experience. Now, you don't have to travel to Florida or California.

Disney 100 The Exhibition In Illinois

For this exhibit, Disney went back to the archives to pull out some important artifacts. In all, there are around 250 pieces of memorabilia including props, costumes, and art. Also, the event will include ten immersive galleries and fourteen interactive installations.

According to timeout.com,

“Disney100: The Exhibition,” a collaboration between The Walt Disney Archives and Semmel Exhibitions, will open at the 35,000-square-foot Exhibition Hub Art Center (2367 W Logan Blvd) in Lincoln Park on November 18, which coincides with the date of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse’s first on-screen appearance in 1928.

 

It will feature 10 immersive galleries, 14 interactive installations, and more than 250 rarely-seen artifacts and memorabilia from various Disney franchises, including Marvel Studios and the Pixar Living Archives.

The Disney display will be held at the Exhibition Hub Art Center in Lincon Park. It's got plenty of room to grow with 35,000 square feet. For more information or to purchase tickets, HERE.

The Walt Disney Archives has opened its vault of treasures, showcasing hundreds of extraordinary objects, including many of Disney's “Crown Jewels” – more than 250 artifacts and works of art, costumes and props, and incredible memorabilia.

Ten imaginatively themed galleries showcasing renowned classics from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) to Encanto (2021), including the latest members of the Disney family – Pixar, Star Wars, and MARVEL!
