I had the opportunity to ride a camel. Also, I got to hold a koala bear. One of my favorite moments was when my wife took me to meet a penguin at the Shedd Aquarium. I've never interacted with a giraffe, but that could change this summer.
There is a place in the Wisconsin Dells called Timbavati Wildlife Park. I know when you head to that part of the state, your focus is on water parks, but trust me, this is really cool too. You'll have the opportunity to inactive with animals too.

According to Timbavati Wildlife Park...
Timbavati Wildlife Park is a 25-acre wildlife park in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
Started in 2001, Timbavati has hundreds of exotic animals representing over 75 species including giraffes, red panda, African Antelope, rhinoceros, flamingos, parakeets, sloths, kangaroos, and more.
Timbavati is owned and operated by mother and son team, Alice and Matthew Schoebel.
One of the encounters you can experience at Timbavati Wildlife Park is feeding a giraffe. That sounds awesome. I've never been close to one of those animals, so how cool is the opportunity? I'm feeling a road trip coming on this summer.
