The World Of Accordions Museum In WI Shines A Light On History
I believe the state of Wisconsin has become the home of unusual museums because I find more and more all the time.
A World Of Accordions Museum In Wisconsin
Several years ago, I had the opportunity to attend The NAMM Show (National Association of Music Merchants) in Anaheim. While I was there, I got to meet many amazing musicians, including Cory Pesaturo, who is a three-time World Accordion Champion and Guinness World Record Holder.

Another interesting fact about Pesaturo, he's a young guy. In fact, he's the youngest person to ever win the World Accordion Championship. I thought that was really cool because playing that instrument is usually older men. How do we get younger people to take up the accordion? I think taking them to visit the accordion museum in Wisconsin.
The museum I'm talking about is A World of Accordions Museum in Superior, Wisconsin. There you can find everything and anything about the unusual instrument. Isn't the state of Wisconsin the best location for it? I believe the most accordion music I've heard in my life has been in Wisconsin.

According to World Of Accordions...

I remember being fascinated by watching people play the accordion. It's not an easy instrument to learn how to play. I'm really surprised that my family didn't stop at the accordion museum when I was a child. If I'm ever up in the area, I'll definitely stop by for a visit.
