Launch Party Happening This Weekend For New Store In Rochester

One thing that I'm not good at is putting on fake lashes.  It never fails...I put them on, get glue all over my fingers, and about 3 hours later, the edges are poking up.  This new store opening up on Broadway in Downtown Rochester might just be the solution that I need.

Swoon Lash + Beauty Lounge is opening soon in the store on Broadway that used to house Yoga Tribe.  This is their second location in Minnesota and the reason Rochester was picked is one of those feel-good hometown stories. Owner of the store is Kayla Fjelsted, graduate from Mayo High School in 2012.

Kayla told me on the phone this week that Rochester means so much to her and taught her a lot...from customer service skills while working at the Rochester Athletic Club, to learning about time management from her hockey coach.  She is excited to come back and bring her store to a town that was home.
