2nd Location of Popular Rochester Restaurant Closer to Opening

If you've been waiting for the day Los Arcos to open their second location, that day just got a step closer.  Their sign is now up on the building.

Back in 2019 Los Arcos Kitchen and Cantina opened in September of 2019, in the old Ground Round/Hanger, et al location. Near the end April, 2021, Troy Dunken wrote a story about their plan to open a second location at the old Bakers Square in Northwest Rochester, Minnesota...

I was told the airport location is so popular that they're adding a second spot in Northwest Rochester (Minnesota). Unfortunately, the person telling me this didn't have any more info, but Jeff Kiger from the Post Bulletin has the delicious details.

Kiger's report says the second restaurant will be located in the former Baker's Square on the north side of town which is located just south of the Arby's off of the 37th St. exit. Both Rochester Bakers Square locations closed in December of 2018.

There hasn't been any outward sign of change, but now with the sign up, people are buzzing about an opening date. I reached out to the restaurant and this is what they said,

Hi James, currently we don’t have a set date to open yet, we where hoping it would’ve been open by now. We had some set backs but working quickly to get everything finished and ready to go. Hopefully it will be soon, as soon as we have a date we’ll let you know.

So as soon as I know you'll know.
