Minnesota Honors Victims of California Shooting

St Paul, MN (KROC AM News) - Flags around Minnesota are once again at half mast.

In accordance with a proclamation issued by President Barack Obama, Governor Mark Dayton has ordered all United States and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings through sunset  Monday, December 7, in honor of the victims of the attack in San Bernardino, California.
