It's good to know that while the rest of us here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes are wondering if the weather is ever going to warm up, one law enforcement agency in Minnesota is actually doing something about it.

Leave it to the crew at the Chisago County Sheriff's Department to come up with the perfect online message that sums up our way-cold spring. (Chisago County is located not too far from us, just a little under two hours north of Rochester, along I-35.)

Sure, it's only been spring since last Tuesday, but in that time we have had very little weather that one could describe as spring-like. And even though last weekend's March High School Basketball Tournament Annual Snow Storm spared us (though not our Minnesota and north Iowa brethren to the west and south), with Easter heading our way this weekend, one might also be wondering...

JUST WHERE IS SPRING?!?!?

I know I've pondered that question, perhaps you have, as well. And so did the Chisago County Sheriff's deputy who composted the pretty funny Tweet below about their office fielding several 'missing person reports' for Spring. (It was a nice touch to include several of the Twin Cities' TV meteorologists in the Tweet too.) I wonder if Olmsted County has received any similar messages?
