What's the next best thing after seeing your favorite team missing the chance to go to the Super Bowl? How about winning the opportunity to go yourself?

That's what happened to Hannah Brandes, who's also a huge Minnesota Vikings fan, on the Rachael Ray show. Brandes, who's a North Oaks, Minnesota native, served her favorite game-day snacks on the program this week. For those not familiar, Ray hosts a “Fantasy Foodball” cook-off each year, where fans of the final four NFL teams compete in studio, making their “best game-day grub".

The winner receives a $500 NFLshop.com gift card, a prime spot for their recipes on NFLshop.com and TWO tickets to Super Bowl 52, including a three-night stay in Minneapolis.

That ended up being Brandes and her two Viking themed recipes: The hot “Skol Sausage Dip” and her “Crush the Packers Corn Dip”! Let's watch how it all went down:

How awesome is that? Those snacks look delicious too! So in case you're still looking to have something Vikings related at your Super Bowl Party, check out Brandes’ winning recipes below:

  • SKOL SAUSAGE DIP

    Makes 6 to 8 servings:

    1 pound bulk/loose hot sausage

    8 ounces cream cheese

1 10-ounce can hot diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

    Tortilla chips, for serving

Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain grease then add cream cheese and tomatoes to the pan. Stir until cream cheese is melted and everything is fully combined.

Pour mixture into a slow cooker and set it on low. Serve dip directly from the slow cooker with tortilla chips on the side.

  • ‘CRUSH THE PACKERS’ CORN DIP

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.

2 15-ounce cans whole kernel corn, drained

    1 cup chopped green pepper

    ½ cup chopped red onion

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    1 cup mayonnaise

    2 cups corn chips, crushed

    Tortilla chips, for serving

In a large bowl, combine the corn, green pepper, red onion and cheddar cheese. Add mayo and mix until combined.

Just before serving, mix in crushed corn chips. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
