The Minnesota Department of Transportation is offering two different times for the public to attend a virtual public meeting to hear updates about the construction to expand Highway 14 between Owatonna and Dodge Center.

The meetings are set for Wednesday, March 3rd, and will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m and attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the second year of the project.

The two meetings will have identical information presented, and MnDOT is offering two live meeting times to accommodate schedules and ensure that as many people as possible can attend.

At the meetings, members of the MnDOT project management team will be on-hand, along with the contractors to proved a presentation followed by a question and answer session. For those interested in joining the online meeting, the details can be found on MnDOT's project website.

The $108 million construction project began at the end of 2019, and traffic is expected to be on the new route in the fall of 2021, with the completion of the project expected in 2021 as well.
