Dairy Queens in Minnesota have their fall menu out and this year you can get up close and personal with a new pumpkin treat. The Pumpkin Cookie Butter Shake.

You know what pumpkins are, and how every fall its a race to see how many products can be enhanced with pumpkin spice. But, do you know about cookie butter?  Taste of Home describes Cookie Butter this way...

Cookie butter is a spread made from ground-up spice cookies called speculoos created in the heart of Europe. Just as gingerbread cookies are a holiday tradition in the US, these speculoos cookies are being baked in ovens all across Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands when winter comes around. Like our gingerbread, everyone has their own special recipe, varying the spices, shape, and size. The paste created from these aromatic cookies is rich and indulgent with a wonderfully creamy consistency.

The most popular comes from Trader Joe's.

Now, armed with this info, it'll mean something when I say they make the PCBS with cookie butter, "ground cinnamon spice cookies, pumpkin, vanilla soft serve, and milk. Oh, and it's topped with whipped cream and nutmeg to make it even better." (Source)

That sounds AMAZING!  Is it good? Check out this review.

As usual, the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is back, joined this year by the new Caramel App;e Pie Blizzard. Neither of those interest me as much as the PCBS, tho. How 'bout you?
