Who's Wanted In Minnesota's Goodhue and Olmsted Counties This Week?

Fall is officially here, though the heat last week wouldn't give you much of a hint Thanks for checking out the weekly warrant check-in, and thank you to the hard-working deputies that pass these warrants along to me.

These warrants come from the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office and the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office. Each week each office selects warrants based on a variety of criteria.

In The Photo Above -

  • Felony - Probation Violation Domestic Assault
  • Felony - Probation Violation Pattern of Stalking Conduct.

Look thru the gallery and see if you were correct when you tried to figure out which charges belonged to which warrant.

Charge Explanation - What Is Not Small Amount?

One of the warrants has the following charge: Felony - 5th Degree Drugs Possess Marijuana Not Small Amount. I wondered if that means a HUGE amount, or just slightly more than for personal use? I looked it up, of course

Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (Minn. Stat. § 152.025) Fifth-degree drug possession includes any of the following:

  • possession of any amount of a schedule I, II, III, or IV substance (e.g. cocaine, crack, heroin, marijuana, meth, LSD, vicodin, Xanax), but not including a small amount of marijuana (defined as less than 42.5 grams)
  • possession, or attempted possession, of any amount of a controlled substance by means of fraud or deceit

So it means exactly what it says. 'not small amount' is more than 42.5 grams.

Appearance in this story and on their lists do not necessarily represent "most wanted" in either county. These are valid as of 10/06/2021

If you see any of these people, do not approach or attempt to apprehend them. Instead, in Olmsted County, during weekdays call 507-328-6830. After 5 PM and on weekends, call 507-328-6800. In Goodhue County, call 651-358-3155.

In an emergency, call 911.

The goal with these warrants is to create awareness so these individuals can be found. This gallery is of individuals wanted as of 10/06/2021. If you are viewing this gallery at any time after that date, the warrants listed could be settled.
