I think I've hung out and chatted with Darlene or John Kelley at every Home Show we've put on since they opened. They're two great people...but it's time to retire, so that means an end to Kelleys Quality Sewing Center.

On Facebook they said...

After 34 years of sharing our passion for sewing, it is with a heavy heart that we announce our decision to retire and close our sewing store. It has been our great pleasure to assist so many wonderful customers in the city of Rochester and beyond.

With great gratitude for your patronage over the years, we invite you to come celebrate our years together in the community!

One of my favorite memories is when Darlene played along when I sewed myself into the Home Show.

Will there be deals and a closing sale? Yep, they're combining it with an anniversary sale that started Monday.

I'm sorry to see them close up shop, Rochester is losing a truly high-quality customer service driven family owned business. All my best to you John and Darlene!
