Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The death of a young woman last October at a northwest Rochester apartment complex has been ruled an accidental drowning.

The Rochester Police Department issued a statement today announcing the determination by the Olmsted County Medical Examiner. The 27-year-old woman was found dead at The Gates of Rochester Apartment Complex along 41st Street Northwest on October 2nd.

The case was initially investigated as a suspicious death, but officials have not disclosed what led them to consider it suspicious. They also have not released information about the circumstances of the woman's death or her name.
