Rats Really Ruin the Dunkin’ Donuts Experience [VIDEO]

America runs on Dunkin', but after seeing this, America might run from it.

This video catches a rat meandering through the food selection at a Dunkin' Donuts in New York City.

Dunkin' Donuts issued a statement about the incident:

We take this matter very seriously. Immediately upon learning of the situation at the Dunkin' Donuts restaurant at 265 West 37th Street, a certified Operations Manager inspected the restaurant to ensure that all appropriate Dunkin' Donuts food safety standards are being followed."

It's unclear what the manager did to make sure everything is up to snuff.
