Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - It’s official, Rochester's next City Administrator will report for work next month.
The Rochester City Council today voted to approve an employment contract negotiated with Alison Zelms. The Council last week decided to offer the position to the current Mankato Deputy City Manager and enter into negotiations on the terms of employment.
The contract sets her annual salary at $190,000 plus benefits. It also specifies that her first official day on the job will be January 21st.
Zelms will succeed Steve Rymer. He gave notice in June of his intent to resign for family reasons.
