Café Steam in Rochester Expands Adding Colorful New Company

A well-known Rochester coffee shop has expanded, adding roasting to their duties, making coffee available for wholesale and retail.

Colorway Coffee Roasters Now Has Coffee Available For You

In January of this year, Café Steam purchased Narrow Roads Coffee and opened Colorway Coffee Roasters. According to a news release, Colorway Coffee Roasters will "operate as the production facility of roasted coffee for all Café Steam locations, as well as produce coffee for wholesale and retail."

Will Forsman, co-owner of Café Steam is excited about the opportunity.

“This has been a dream of mine since I started in coffee,” Forsman said in the news release. “And honestly I’m glad that it's taken us this long to get here because of the knowledge I’ve been able to gain along the way, and I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity provided to us by Narrow Road”

Colorway Coffee Roasters has six different coffees available in both whole bean and ground. They also have some options on hand at all three of the Café Steam locations for you to purchase. You can also purchase Colorway Coffee's flavors on their website.
