Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has released an update on a convicted sex offender who had previously listed a southeast residence as his home.

The new information indicates he has now registered with authorities as “homeless.”

RPD says 43-year-old Terry Carlton Ross has been classified as a Level 3 predatory offender.

Records show he was sentenced to prison in 2009 in Winona County after being convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl. He also served time in Illinois for raping a 15-year-old girl.

According to RPD, Ross updated his status to “homeless” on Dec. 15th.
