Rochester Man Gets Probation For Child Sex Conviction

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man was sentenced Monday for a child sex conviction.
Six felony counts of criminal sexual conduct were filed against 36-year-old Joshua Anderson in 2019. He was accused of sexually abusing a teenage girl several times, beginning when she was 14 years old.
Under a plea agreement, Anderson pleaded guilty to one count and the others were dismissed.
He was sentenced to 7 years probation and 90 days in jail. Anderson has also been ordered to successfully complete sex offender education/treatment or other programming.
