If you've got the Hobby Lobby app on your phone because of the 40% off coupon, you can delete it after February 28th.  The 40% off savings in-store and online are going away for all stores, including Rochester's.
I'm still in shock as I am writing this, because I use the 40% off coupon every time that I go to Hobby Lobby.  Yes, it is true.  I first saw the info on businessinsider.com where it mentioned a comment was made by Hobby Lobby on Facebook.  It's not one of their posts but I had to find out if it was true, so, I went digging to find it.
As of February 28th, 2021, Hobby Lobby will no longer be offering the 40% off coupon in stores or online. By making this decision, we are intensifying our efforts to discount thousands of items every day. This will offer a better value instead of providing a discount on only one item with the coupon.
It is always our intent to provide you with beyond compare service, great prices and the best selection. We appreciate your understanding during this period of transition and thank you for your continued business.

As you can imagine, there are a lot of angry people who are making comments on social media about this latest change.  Just go on Hobby Lobby's Facebook page and look at any of their recent posts and you will see a long thread of angry face emoji's and comments.
If you need me, I guess I will be going to Hobby Lobby every single day to buy that full-price item at 40% off while I still can.
