Spring Grove Man Pleads Not Guilty in La Crosse Murder Case
La Crosse, WI (KROC-AM News) - Houston County man has entered a not guilty plea to a first-degree murder charge in Wisconsin.
31-year-old Timothy Young remains jailed in La Crosse, where his bail has been set at $1 million. The Spring Grove man was arrested the morning of June 27 after he allegedly fatally shot an employee of a downtown La Crosse bar. The charges allege he was refused entry into the business and later returned and shot 19-year-old Anthony Fimple in the head. The La Crosse man died from his injuries the next day.
Young is scheduled to make another court appearance in mid-August.
