Mayowood Apartments has thirty units for homeless single adults. It's a place to live that offers more than just an "apartment." Center City Housing Corporation (out of Duluth, MN) partnered with many agencies in our area to make these apartments possible for homeless adults who struggle with behavioral health issues.

According to Center City, "Comprehensive supportive services will be available on-site for all tenants including case management, transportation, 24-hour front desk staff, and advocacy and referral to community resources."

Olmsted County Board of Commissioners Chair Stephanie Podulke said,

“The opening of Mayowood Apartments shows the commitment Olmsted County and many community partners have to address homelessness and mental health needs in our area. This complex is something very needed in our area and definitely a positive step forward."

If you've not heard of Center City Housing Corp., they develop, own, and manage affordable housing properties for people in need. While this apartment complex is dedicated to homeless adults who struggle with behavioral health issues, they serve many populations.
