First responders were called to the scene of the deadly collision shortly before 9 a.m. A westbound SUV and eastbound car and semi were involved in the fatal crash.
Preliminary information released by Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office Captain Tim Parkin indicates a motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the deadly crash and that one person was killed.
At least seven people were killed in crashes on the state’s roads between Tuesday and Friday. Three of those traffic deaths happened in southeast Minnesota.
