Southern and northern Minnesota have each dealt with quite a bit of rain in the past couple weeks. Glen Schmitt from Outdoor News joined me on WJON. He says many areas south of the Twin Cities and north of the arrowhead are flooded.
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Fish and Wildlife division highlighted one Twin Cities man for breaking his state record for a Black Crappie in back-to-back months!
Unfortunately, the fish couldn’t be recognized as a state record since photos of the measurements and release weren't taken. Regardless, an incredible memory was made!
