Two Minnesota winners scored $50,000 Saturday, falling just one number short of winning the $700 million jackpot.

The Minnesota State Lottery reports that a winning lottery ticket was sold on Friday, January 13, which won $70,493. The money remains unclaimed.

With the Mega Millions creeping back up to another billion-dollar jackpot, three people in Minnesota have yet to claim their $1 million prize.

There were no jackpot winners from the recent Powerball and Mega Millions drawings.

It was turned in on Thursday.

It was sold at a Kwik Trip store.

Both prizes were claimed this week.

One was sold in January.

As of Wednesday morning, the tickets had not been turned in.

The drawing was held Monday night.
