A criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday, says Rochester police received the first series of tips last month and got the final set of tips earlier this month.
It began in northeast Rochester when a Rochester police officer on patrol spotted a vehicle with an inoperable driver-side headlight, according to the complaint.
The court document says the alleged assault occurred around 2 a.m. on March 5 outside of a home in southwest Rochester. The case also involves a damaged vehicle.
A criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday says the alleged fleeing incident happened in a Rochester neighborhood on the night of May 2.
