Food plays such an important role in our guests’ lives. And now, as guests are eating and cooking at home—and appreciating good value—more than ever, Good & Gather’s delicious, high-quality assortment and affordable price continues to set Target apart, while helping our guests discover the joy of food every day. And they’re going to love what we’re serving up this fall. - Stephanie Lundquist, Target President of Food & Beverage

The Minneapolis based retailer made the announcement on Wednesday that they would be expanding their popular flagship food line. Good & Gather, which replaced Archer Farms, has generated $1 billion in sales since it was introduced last year. Target announced that they will be adding 600 products to the Good & Gather line.

The newest additions will include, meatless burgers, jalapeno avocado hummus and a Good & Gather "signature" line of frozen pizzas, pastas and coffee. The Good & Gather line was created as a counter option to other retail stores flagship food line like Walmart's Kroger brand.
