Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) – Two men were arrested Sunday night after Rochester police say they were caught with 13 pounds of methamphetamine.

RPD Capt. Casey Moilanen says the two were returning from a trip to Texas and were stopped by a state trooper on I-90 near the Highway 63 interchange. A search of their vehicle led to the discovery of the meth.

Moilanen says because the men were part of an ongoing investigation, search warrants were executed at three residences at the Oak Terrace Mobile Home Park. A home in the 500 block of East Center St. was also searched.

Officers seized $15,000 in cash and a handgun.
