Two Young Boys Injured in Crash Near Rushford

Rushford, MN (KROC-AM News) - Two young children were among the three people injured in a traffic crash this morning in southern Winona County.
The State Patrol says 4-year-old Alex Croteau and 7-year-old Matthew Ramirez were passengers in a car driven by 24-year-old Shay Linville that was headed north on Highway 43 and collided with a southbound car around 7:30 AM. Linville and the two boys, who are all from Rushford, were transported to the Winona hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 25-year-old Utica man driving the other car was not hurt.
The State Patrol says all of the occupants of both vehicles were wearing seatbelts when the collision occurred several miles north of Rushford.
